Housing Tip of the Week: Taking Precautions to Avoid a Fire

Please take precautions to prevent a fire in your home. Make sure to use the proper lights, avoid using candles, don’t leave the stove on, don’t plug in a lot of cords into one place, try to avoid space heaters, and if you have a live Christmas tree make sure to keep it watered and not near a heat source.
