“Good Cause” Eviction

This resolution urges the Maryland General Assembly to pass HB 709/SB 651, Good Cause Eviction, which would allow local jurisdictions to enact “good cause” eviction laws and protect residents from arbitrary, discriminatory, or retaliatory displacement from their homes and communities.
