Housing Tip of the Week: Receiving a final bill and legal notice - 02/23/2026

Please open your mail to see if you receive a notice that states that you owe property taxes or any fees to Baltimore City. It is imperative that you contact us immediately so that we can assist you. Homes are placed on the tax sale list when the property taxes are not paid, and the lien is then sold to an investor who will come and collect the lien, 12% interest, as well as additional fees. We want to prevent residents from losing their homes, so please do not hesitate to contact our office with any questions or concerns.
