Housing Tip of the Week: Fire Prevention

It is fire season and we want you to be safe. Make sure to use only outdoor lights when putting up your holiday decorations outside. Never leave food on the stove unattended. Check your electrical system, clean the lint screen in your dryer, and avoid using space heaters. Check your smoke alarms and call 311 if you need the Fire Department to install another one. Please check in on your vulnerable neighbors as well!
