Housing Tip of the Week: Estate Planning

It is important for families to sit down and start Estate Planning. Six out of ten Baltimore residents do not have a will or have not started estate planning. This process is not only for the wealthy. Families who own homes should start estate planning to ensure the house stays in the family.
