Housing Tip of the Week - 04/20/2026

I want to thank my colleagues on the City Council Budget and Appropriations committee for advancing our legislation to allow for property tax payment plans. We anticipate final passage and we will inform you when you can sign up sometime the week of April 27th. Property tax payment plans are for all residential properties, not just homeowners, and once enrolled, your property will be removed from the upcoming tax sale. Please fill out the interest form right now so that when Mayor Scott signs the legislation you will immediately receive notice to apply. It’s an easy process. Please find the interest form here.
