Housing Tip of the Week - 04/06/2026

Last week Mayor Scott announced a new property tax debt forgiveness program that would assist older adults in our city with their property tax debt. To quality for the program a resident would have to be at least 65+, have owned their home for ten years or more, and have property tax debt from past years. In addition, their income would have to be below 80% AMI for some or for all of their tax debt to be forgiven.
