In honor of Fair Housing Month we will be posting content every week about a different fair housing topic. Today's fair housing topic is on fair housing obligations.

Fair housing requirements ensure that people have equal access to housing but also protects against discriminatory actions from landlords, mortgage companies, and other housing providers. It is important that housing providers are given the proper training and information on fair housing requirements.
