Charter Review Committee - Upcoming Input Session- 03/03/2026

The City Council is conducting a thorough review of the Baltimore City Charter, and I am a member of the committee doing this work. The Charter is our founding document, it is like our constitution. It can only be changed by you, the voters. We are hosting six public meetings to hear from you about your thoughts on our city charter. You can talk about anything including the Board of estimates, how we create our budget, and other aspects of our city charter.

The next public hearing is this Tuesday, March 3rd at 6pm. The input session will be held at Edmondson-Westside High located at 501 N Athol Ave, Baltimore, MD 21229. Please see upcoming dates for future input sessions below, and to learn more about the Charter Review Committee click here.
